You might feel the need to want to distract yourself from the whole ordeal. Well, you can use this time to get to know yourself better and do activities that make you feel at peace, like meditating.
3. Be more cautious about what you post relating to COVID-19
We sometimes so easily believe everything that we read that we forget to check the credibility of the source. It’s best to stick with sources that are reliable as it prevents spreading unnecessary anxiety to everyone else.
