Exam season. That is probably the most stressful time of the semester, mentally preparing to sit for your papers, cramming, pulling an all-nighter, crying and more.

Worry not! Here are 3 tips to deal with exam stress:
1. Tidy workspace - The current state of your workspace reflects your mental space. As a result, it's important to have a clean and tidy workspace before starting your study session.
2. Go through the summary of the content - It may be overwhelming to start studying a chapter you're not sure of. It's probably a good idea to read the chapter summary first before diving into the chapter. It helps reduce the anxiety of not being able to grasp and retain information while reading the chapter.
3. Take breaks - It's essential to take regular breaks between your study sessions. Breathe, have something to eat or drink or go out for a walk.
