We have to admit, most of us are guilty of this to-do list.

Here are 3 tips to minimize our procrastinating ways:


  1. Prioritize your work/assignment which is due first.

Prioritizing the task that is due first will help give you clarity about the rest of the work related tasks that then needs to be accomplished. This then helps us to get on with our task minimizing how much we procrastinate.


2. Understand that the assignment/ project you are working on, does not need to be perfect.


Well, I hate to break it to you but there isn't such a thing as perfect. Honestly, giving it your all with frequent checks should do the job. This actually helps to reduce stress as well!


3. Learn to be kind to yourself


Learn to treat yourself after a task and learn to listen to your body when you're tired or frustrated.
